Our Team
Shane McMahon has worked for over a decade specialising in the development of sustainable solutions for asset monitoring, food waste reduction and drainage filtration. Shane brings with him expertise in the provision of smart, energy-efficient solutions that help the client enhance their corporate sustainability record.
Martin Holles is also a co-founder and brings with him over 30 years’ experience as a founder, owner and director of Nightowl Security. Through his leadership and expertise, Nightowl Security has thrived providing a service which is professional, proactive and customer-focused. Martin is a strong advocate of customer service excellence and is an expert in business leadership and macro strategy.

Our grease interceptors are available in a range of different models to suit client requirements.
The Big Dipper range are under the counter grease removal units, offering a high-quality, low energy solution with low-level maintenance required from staff.
Our grease level manager is used in conjunction with Trapzilla, which offers the client a robust, super capacity, smart level sensor unit that is managed seamlessly. The units are hydro-mechanical, automated, non-corrosive and ‘smart’. Management can rest easy knowing the tank will never overfill without a response from their service provider for pump out. Once collected, the tank is then emptied and the contents used for Bio Fuel.
The units are versatile and can be mounted on stands, in basements or buried in the ground and the lifetime tank guarantee ensures your return on investment.
